Dell Streak Slate: Info On Dell Streak 7 And 10 Inch Tablets

dell4-240x240The Dell Streak has been the computer with whispers in back hallways and teasing amounts of details handed geek-to-geek for the last few months. In credit counseling offices and I.T. offices across the nation, there was happiness when the Dell Streak 7 and 10 inch versions were leaked.

There have been pictures leaking of the Dell Streak for months now. In fact, on March 9, Dell did release a specifications sheet for the Mini 5 – the five-inch Dell Streak. This information was just a teaser, though, with no ship date accessible. This morning, though, came confirmation that the Dell Streak slate computer lineup will even consist of a 7-inch and 10-inch Streak.

True tablet computers, the Dell Streak computers are multipurpose. The Dell Streak 5 is rumored to have a SIM slot and dialer device, meaning it can be capable of functioning as a telephone also. Amazon and Dell have also penned a content partnership for the Dell Streak computers. Packaged in multiple colors, the Dell Streak can have a reader app, MP3 player, and video streaming. The Dell Streak computers will even have a VGA camera for video chat, 30-pin docking connector, 5 megapixel (or a lot more!) camera and touch display.

Operating system of the Dell Streak

The OS for Dell Streak has not been released, but it will most likely be Windows-based. By hire dedicated programmers, anybody who wanted to create an application or program could develop one.

When will the Dell Streak be available?

Not every little thing is known about the Dell Streak. A couple of a lot more months from now, the Dell 7 and 10 will have official ship dates.
