Mandatory payment system implemented with Facebook Credits

Facebook Credits are a virtual currency usable on and through Facebook. Facebook credits are purchased. They could be bought like any digital product. The company turns “real” money into Credits. Any developer who wishes to create a game or program on Facebook can use Facebook Credits. As of July 1, 2011, the credits become mandatory. Individuals will now only be taking out a payday cash loan for one form of credits with Facebook rather than multiple forms with all the uses there are currently on Facebook.

The system of Facebook Credits

In games and programs in Facebook, Facebook Credits is a way to pay for them. Everything from Farmville plants to Castle Wars medallions could be purchased using Facebook Credits. Currently, the exchange rate is 10-to-1 – 10 Facebook credits for each United States dollar. There are different ways you are able to pay for Facebook credits. You can use mobile payments systems, charge cards or even PayPal. You are able to get Facebook Credits no matter where you are from. You will find several currency standards that it’s done in.

Requiring Facebook credits

There was an announcement from Facebook about these Facebook Credits. Starting July 1, all games could be required to use them. Credits will be the only way the buy in-game currency. Nevertheless, game designers can create this in-game currency still. There is a claim from Facebook that this will help things a lot. The barrier that payment systems have could be lifted with this transaction program supposedly. Of all Facebook Credit transactions, Facebook will get 30 percent. In 2010, just one developer – Zynga – paid $30 million to Facebook to fulfill this 30 percent tax. The game developer will get 70 percent of the Facebook Credits.

How micropayments will start to impact the future

Facebook Credits, much like other online transaction systems, are based on the idea of "micropayments" – small payments and purchases, generally less than $5. Facebook Credits means the business stands to make millions, if not billions of dollars. Facebook has also stated that it hopes to expand the Credits program into a full-blown payment system, much like PayPal or the new Starbucks Card program. These secondary currency systems, however, are prone to failure. Users ended up losing millions of dollars in 2008 when the game Second Life had its own banking crisis. Will Facebook Credits face the exact same fate? Time could be the only thing to tell this.

Will increasing gasoline prices dampen economic recovery?

Within the week of Jan 16-22 United States gas prices surpassed their highest level since the fall of 2008. The law of supply and demand is driving the increase as the world consumes more oil and gas supplies haven’t kept pace. Analysts expect gasoline prices to continue upward, and U.S. motorists may pay $4 a gallon this spring. People are likely to be taking out payday cash advance loans just to fill up their gas tanks.

Gas costs going up now

AAA accounts that on January 21, the national average for gas prices was around $3.12 a gallon. The last time gas prices approached that regular was Oct 2008. The gas price really depends on the state gasoline taxes and the region though. About $2.74 was what Salt Lake City averaged. In Honolulu, it seems extremely hard to fill up on $3.58 a gallon without a bank loan. Average gasoline rates have risen 9 percent in the U.S. since Dec. 1, though oil prices fell on January 21. $89.11 was the crude for March delivery. This was the NY Mercantile Exchange price. You will find some nerves that oil speculators have currently. China's plans to cool the economic climate can be hard to fulfill since oil tends to be needed for it.

Recovery harder with gasoline prices

In the world, it’s expected by oil experts that less oil is getting used than is being produced. In fact, there's about 5 million barrels more a day produced. The high gasoline rates are because of the oil speculators. They’re the ones to blame. A way larger United States economy is what is expected. That is what most hopes for anyway. The recovery might be harder with higher gas costs though. Cameron Hanover is an energy consulting firm. This firm explained that another $4 million is spent buying gasoline within the U.S. each time there’s a 1 cent increase in gasoline prices. The regular gas price in the U.S. rose 12 cents in the last month, diverting another $48 million — not good news for those who had already made a budget for their cash until payday.

Seeing 2011

Several have suggested gasoline prices may be going up within the spring. It might be closer to $4 a gallon if that happens. There will be an impact on gas based on supply factors as well as oil speculators. Production could be scaled back within the next few months at gasoline refineries in order to switch to automotive blends for summer. In the spring and summer, there are several more miles that Americans travel. The production of oil could be restricted by the OPEC also in order to keep the upward trend in oil prices going up. Supply also has yet to recuperate from the drilling moratorium within the Gulf of Mexico, which the Energy Information said will cut oil production by about 120,000 barrels a day this year.

Food and Drug Administration sets brand new limit on acetaminophen in prescribed medicines

Acetaminophen is a very common component in most prescription and over-the-counter pain medicines. Acetaminophen could be dangerous. The liver could be irreversibly damaged by an overdose. In an effort to reduce down on acetaminophen-related cases of liver harm, the FDA is requiring drug businesses to lower the amount of the substance in drugs dispensed by prescription . I wonder if people in pain will be applying for payday loans to boost the quantity of pain killers they now need. Article resource – FDA cuts acetaminophen dose in prescription pain-killers by half by MoneyBlogNewz.

Over the counter acetaminophen drugs escape ruling

It is well known that acetaminophen is an active ingredient in numerous painkillers. Tylenol with codeine, oxycodone, Vicodin and Percoset all have this used in them. Thursday the Food and Drug Administration announced it will limit the amount of acetaminophen in those and other prescription painkillers to 350 milligrams for each capsule or tablet. Currently, said painkillers can pack as much as 750 milligrams of acetaminophen. Less acetaminophen won't mean that the drugs are less effective according to the FDA. Pharmaceutical companies can have three years to comply with the FDA ruling. Over-the-counter medications such as Sudafed and Nyquil, which can deliver up to 500 milligrams of acetaminophen per dose, aren’t affected by the new action.

Avoiding an acetaminophen overdose

About 200 million prescriptions in 2008 had acetaminophen in them that doctors prescribed. Acetaminophen is linked to liver damage. Each and every year within the U.S., there are 800 cases linked back to this. As outlined by the Food and Drug Administration, the liver damage mostly is only severe when prescriptions are taken wrong. In a 24 hour period, typically more than prescribed has been taken. Another trap people get into is taking more than one over the counter acetaminophen drug at a time. When you have a bad cold, it is a very bad idea to take both Sudafed and Tylenol at the same time. Acetaminophen is the primary ingredient in both. Mixing powerful prescription drugs such as Vicodin with alcohol can also be dangerous.

Looking at an acetaminophen overdose

It is pretty bad to use a combination of acetaminophen drugs. In fact, half of the acetaminophen related cases within the United States of liver failure are because of this. Nausea, vomiting, sweating, diarrhea and loss of appetite are all symptoms that acetaminophen overdose has happened. Those symptoms might go away in 24 hours, but then liver damage sets in. Emergency treatment is essential in the event of an acetaminophen overdose. You need to administer medication early enough if you need to stop your liver from dying. The acetaminophen antidote is called acetylcysteine.

Prison term of three years handed down to Tom DeLay

Disgraced former Congressman Tom DeLay was sentenced to 3 years in jail for money laundering. DeLay and his staff took corporate donations to the Republican national organization, and funneled it to Republican campaigns at the state level in Texas. The Lone Star State doesn’t allow campaign donations by corporations. Getting payday loans is a smarter decision than stealing money. Article resource – Money laundering conviction gets Tom DeLay three years in prison by MoneyBlogNewz.

Tom DeLay given a sentence for three years time

Tom DeLay, the former Republican Majority Leader in the United States House of Representatives, has been sentenced to three years in prison after being convicted of criminal conspiracy and money laundering charges, according to the New York Times. Because he was conspiring with others and illegally funneling money from corporate donors, DeLay was convicted. The Republican National party got over $190,000 in corporate donations. DeLay ended up funneling candidates in Texas the money if they were Republican. Texas law states that corporate donations to political candidates is illegal. This is why Tom DeLay will be convicted and why the charges have been placed there. There will likely be an appeal on this decision filed. DeLay will be free on bond until the appeal goes through.

Sentence for life a possibility

Tom DeLay could have been sentenced to life in prison, had the judge not accepted a plea deal. DeLay would have to face 10 years of probation after that. It could have been much longer though. Judge Pat Priest didn't seem to believe DeLay. He though the explanation for the charges wasn't accurate. CNN reports that Tom Delay argued that Democrats, including the prosecuting attorney, were out to get him as an outspoken Republican which is the only reason for the charges.

Soon there will be an appeal

This decision will be appealed by the defense. DeLay will only have to pay a $10,000 bond to get out of jail although he has been taken into custody after the sentence was made. It is true that candidates can't get donations from corporations according to Texas State law. The defense plans on showing that a corporation can't have their freedom of speech taken away though, including campaign contributions, as was shown in Citizens United v. the Federal Election Committee.

Ford brings it with pickups at Detroit Auto Show 2011

The Detroit Auto Show 2011 is here, and Ford pickups are making major industry noise. As that has been a trend for Ford this quarter, the glory of Ford’s recent wave of pickups may come as no surprise, writes Reuters. A top Ford executive told the news service that the rise is forecasted to continue, and Ford’s success should also be a strong sign for the United States auto market in general.

Most likely large sales after 2011 Detroit Auto Show will happen

You may want to attend the Detroit Auto Show 2011 or the North American International Auto Show. It is the best place for a new brand to come into play. Ford won't need any kind of help though. Jim Farley predicts that Ford will sell between 12.5 and 13.5 million vehicles in 2011. Farley is the worldwide sales and marketing chief for Ford. That’s up about 2 million from the previous year, when sales had already increased by 19 percent from 2009. The largest single year for Ford since 1984 was 2010 with sales.

Farley was quoted as being "very optimistic" that Ford pickup sales, a vital part of the automaker’s business, will lead the way through 2011.

“How strong the pickup market is in percentage of the market is important. Pickup trucks were around 12 percent of the industry (in 2010),” Farley told Reuters.

New tax laws should boost truck sales

Truck sales may go up a lot in 2011 for Ford and all other automakers. The tax break may be part of this. Ford pickups like the famous F-series have always been popular sellers, and new laws should only serve to increase Ford’s dominance in the category.

Small cars, electric vehicles among Detroit Auto Show 2011 highlights

The newest Ford Focus, in both its standard and electric vehicle formats also proved popular at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show.

“We have not had this kind of competitive C-segment car at Ford, a global car, in a long time,” Farley said.

As small car sales make up about 28 percent of the U.S. market – and the Ford Focus is a top seller within the niche – Ford expects great success. Ford has promised that this car is just the first in the EV era. However, the EV range is what will hurt the Focus Electric sales, if anything does at all.

Troubled mind obvious from Jared Loughner YouTube channel

Since the deadly Tucson shooting event, thousands have been looking at accused perpetrator Jared Loughner's YouTube channel. The page is under Loughner’s username, Classitup 10. There are three videos with only sparse text and some background music. The videos do paint a picture of somebody that is not quite in touch with reality. Loughner is going to need to take out a payday advance loan to hire a good legal team.

Jared Loughner becomes famous on his YouTube page after shootings

The Jared Loughner YouTube page, which can be found under his user name Classitup 10, has three videos. Text is the main thing in all three videos. Background music is there too. Many have reposted the videos all over the internet.

youtube.com/watch?v=7uRjwPWaxiY&feature=related

In the text of this video, Loughner refers to “conscience dreaming,” by which he likely means “conscious dreaming.”. The Slate explains that "lucid dreaming" is something Loughner had become obsessed with. His friend explained this. There is a state of dreaming where you can manipulate what happens because you are aware of it. "Inception" is another plot similar to this. Loughner then asks if the listener is literate and says “If I have my civil rights, this message wouldn’t have happen." Loughner’s philosophy professor at Pima Community College recalls that he appeared to live mostly in his own reality, divorced from seemingly all else.

Also, if, then video exists

youtube.com/watch?v=nHoaZaLbqB4

Loughner’s second video uses many “If, then” logic statements to justify his philosophical positions. The creation of a "new currency" and "new language" was there also. That was mentioned briefly. He says most Americans have never read the Constitution but should do so to “apprehend…the current treasonous laws.”. More than likely he really meant "comprehend". Apparently, according to him, the government is "implying mind control and brainwash" on all of America. They are doing this by "controlling grammar" in the "second Constitution" supposedly. Grammar wasn't really the word he was looking for. He should have said "syntax" instead.

Informing many of the mind controller

youtube.com/watch?v=PnNx0WThoF0

The role of a "mind controller" is the topic of his last video. There is a different meaning for "mind controller" that he has. It is about the subjective way of interpreting information and defining it for each person. Thus, according to Loughner, people can make up whatever meaning they wish for anything.

Chinese stealth fighter to create first examination flight

China continues to push the envelope in its rise to power. News of a brand new Chinese stealth fighter has turned the world’s thoughts to China’s military might. The stealth fighter Chinese standing – the potential threat of the J-20 – has set minds to wondering. Source of article – China flexes muscle with new Chinese stealth fighter by MoneyBlogNewz.

Preparing the Chinese stealth fighter

The J-20 is the Chinese stealth fighter. It is China's first stealth fighter aircraft that is radar evading. While international media accounts and official reports from China vary greatly, it is believed that the J-20 was runway tested at a China airbase on Wednesday and could be flight tested Thurs afternoon. This is all just conjecture, China explains.

Designed Chinese fighter in blurry photos

Monday was when the Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine wrote a J-20 article. Mostly indistinct photographs showed what was allegedly the Chinese stealth fighter on the tarmac of an airfield near Chengdu. Similar photos have appeared on various blogs, dating back to mid-December, accounts the NY Times.

According to Kanwa Defense Weekly editor Andrei Chang, "authoritative" word has been given the Chinese stealth fighter J-20 will make its first official flight, if weather permits. In order to get interest and more nationalism in China, there has been an intentional leak of the stealth fighter Chinese standing. Yet as Chang puts it, perhaps the most important reason for the Chinese stealth fighter announcement is to give United States Defense Secretary Robert Gates something to think about when he visits Beijing this Sunday.

"They want to show the U.S., show Mr. Gates, their muscle," said Chang.

China's stealth fighter now as high tech as Russia

Various international news accounts state that the J-20 Chinese stealth fighter is "well behind" Russia’s T-50 stealth fighter aircraft and the U.S.-made F-22 and F-35, in both technological sophistication and ability to stay away from radar. The J-20 could be able to launch cruise missiles and be able to refuel within the air assuming the photographs are correct. Estimates are the stealth fighter Chinese status needs 10 to 15 years before it will catch up to United States and Russian stealth fighter jets.

Miss. bailout means millions for banks

The Federal Reserve has been criticized for its lack of transparency, so now the law is catching up. A recent report information which banks took bailout funds, and the way much, reports the Associated Press. In areas like Mississippi, where big money is more visible, banks took bailout money to the tune of many millions, according to the Mississippi newspaper The Dispatch. Source for this article – Multiple Mississippi banks took bailout money, says Fed by MoneyBlogNewz.

More short term loans with Fed after Lehman collapse

In Sept 2008, the Federal Reserve began to do something since the Lehman Brothers disintegrated. Banks got short term loans for ridiculous prices. Trillions of dollars were pumped to the financial system over the course of 21,000-plus transactions nationwide. Foreign central banks, financial corporations and banks all got United States taxpayer dollars. These taxpayers didn't even realize it. While credit did not dry up completely, the Federal Reserve’s short term loans did not create a vigorous credit market via stimulus dollars.

Handouts for the Mississippi banks

Many Mississippi banks were named by the Federal Reserve reports the AP. Tupelo-based BancorpSouth, which is the largest bank depending in the state, with $13.6 billion in assets, received eight short term loans – also known as Term Auction Facility (TAF) loans – from the Fed that ranged from $50 million to $300 million. Trustmark National Bank ($9.4 billion in assets) of Jackson, Miss., received short term loans by the dozen, ranging from $50 million to $150 million. Then there's the Senatobia, Miss., Sycamore Bank. The Federal Reserve gave it one $5 million short term loan.

Don't worry if you bank in Mississippi

Don't worry about pulling out your funds if you are a banker in Mississippi, as outlined by the dean of Else School of Management at Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss., Howard McMillian. The Federal Reserve assures that all short term loans given to Mississippi banks were backed by collateral and paid in full plus interest.

“(The TAF program) was created to meet some short-term liquidity needs, and it had nothing to do with a shortage of capital reserve or anything like that,” said McMillan to the AP. “There’s really no cause for concern.”

Dec. private sector job development more powerful than expected

Private sector jobs were created in December at a pace more than doubling anticipations, in accordance with a document released Wednesday. Employment losses also dropped to a level not seen since 2000, as indicated by a separate report. The optimistic news is a prelude to Friday’s careers report issued by the Labor Department and may signal the United States labor industry is shifting into a more productive phase. Don’t expect pay day loans to just start falling from trees, the economy really does have a long battle nevertheless.

Most employment development comes from service sector

Several economists were pleasantly surprised by the Dec. report from the private jobs sector of a rise of 297,000 careers. The report issued by the payrolls firm Automatic Data Processing showed that the service sector — industries for instance health care, finance, education and communications — led the way in job creation with 270,000 new hires in December. According to the ADP, the production sector had 27,000 new jobs in Dec. This included manufacturing and construction. The Dec. hiring increase was expected to be an increase of 100,000 careers according to Bloomberg.

In a decade, there have been less employment cutbacks

Challenger, Gray & Christmas is a business that helps find careers for anybody laid off. The company said that there were 59 percent fewer careers cut this year than there were in 2009 while also having the addition of all the private sector jobs. Since 1997, there haven't been that few careers cut. The lowest tally since 2000 of monthly job losses taken place too with the 34 percent drop from Nov to December to 32,000. The United States joblessness rate in December went down to 9.7 percent as the Labor Department reports due Friday will show, reports Bloomberg.

Nevertheless lots of work to fix the U.S. labor market

The U.S. recovery might do better if the private sector careers continue to go up with such acceleration with development. The Daily Finance is worried about the numbers though. They might not be very clear. One month of strong jobs data doesn’t signal the beginning of a trend. Job development nevertheless has quite a ways to go though, even with the low anticipations. The United States economy that has a deficit of 15 to 17 million full time jobs will have to recover over years rather than months.
