Liz Cheney ridicules Obama terror attack comments

Anybody who was old enough during September 11th to remember knows how hard that day was for America. Even history books show us how devastating that day was to not only the friends and families of the people lost within the terrorists’ attack but also to everybody who lived in America at the time. A remark by President Obama makes it seem like September 11th wasn’t as difficult as it really was. President Obama really offended Cheney in his comment. She angrily replied to it. Resource for this article – Liz Cheney criticizes President Obama terror attack statements by Newystype.com.

What exactly was this comment Obama made?

President Obama explained how he felt about the September 11th terrorist attack, along with all of other terrorist attacks. ”Obama Wars” is the new book Bob Woodward wrote. In it, President Obama is quoted saying:

We can absorb a terrorist attack. We’ll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, the biggest attack ever… we absorbed it and we are stronger.”

This statement made Dick Cheney’s daughter really mad. His daughter is Liz Cheney.

The statement Cheney stated in response

Liz Cheney was mad at Obama. This was because of the terror attack statement he made. She felt like he was stating that he wouldn’t protect The United States with all of his power and resources. She called for an explanation from Obama about this.

As outlined by CBS News, she said:

Americans expect our President to…use everyeach tool at his disposal to find, defeat, capture and kill terrorists. We expect him to…make it clear to our adversaries that an attack on the United States will carry devastating consequences. Instead, President Obama is reported to have said, ‘We can absorb a terrorist attack.’ This comment suggests an alarming fatalism on the part of President Obama… The President owes the American people an explanation.

Several demand Obama to clarify himself

Many other people want a conclusion to the Obama terror attack comment that was made. 12 News has Bilal wondering why the president would even consider making a comment like that. He was one more one concerned about what exactly was said. He wanted to know why the president wouldn’t be doing anything he can to protect America. Then you will find the individuals wondering why the President would be telling terrorists to go ahead and hit us. Mitch Marconi thinks that many are overreacting with Cheney as they like to criticize the Obama administration. Either way, some kind of explanation is expected from Obama in the near future.
